Presenter Early Registration (by 11:59 p.m., Thursday, September 28, 2017)

Presenters and Co-Presenters $50

(Presenters and Co-Presenters who register after September 28, 2017 will charged according to the applicable rates below.)

 

Pre-Registration (by 11:59 p.m.  MDT, Thursday, October 26, 2017):

Administrators and Teachers - $60

Students, Pre-Service Teachers, First Year Teachers, and Retirees - $20 

 

Online/Onsite Registration (after October 26, 2017):

Administrators and Teachers - $75

Students, Pre-Service Teachers, First Year Teachers, and Retirees - $30

 

CSC Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be in writing and postmarked/email-dated 5 days before the conference.  All refund requests must include a copy of the registration invoice and should be mailed/emailed to the CSC treasurer using the address on the invoice.  Registration cancellations are subject to a $10 processing fee.  Ticketed events are nonrefundable.  CSC will not guarantee the fulfillment of any refund requests submitted after the conference date.  

 

Attendee Substitution Policy

There will be no charge for substituting another attendee for a paid registration but the request must be made by email to inquire.csc@gmail.com by the person originally registered or by a district administrator or secretary.  The person who is the substituting attendee must fill out an online registration form in their name in order to complete the transfer of registration.
